Good and topical discussion. Lot's of good points in your article Shon. Especially the bits about how to reverse the damage and get people back in the office more. In one UK office of the company I work for over 250 staff have not set foot within the office since the first lockdown started. Many of those live less than a 15 minute commute away. It's more than just 'Big Brother' keeping an eye on staff. It's actually good for mental and physical wellbeing as well as essential for new staff to learn the ropes, new skills and most of all Team Spirit and Productivity.
